ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements creating an exciting and effective fitness system. A ZUMBA®class, also known as a ZUMBA®Fitness-Party, combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach achieving a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits!
Zumba night is at 7:00-8:00pm at the community centre on Sunday December 11th.
$5 fee
open to all Glenayre and College Park community association members
there is a maximum of 50 people on a first-come basis
open to ages 16 and up
all participants will be required to sign a waiver
