There have been a couple incidences of Wire thievery. One on Garrow Street – the metal street lights were broken into and the wire stripped from the metal poles. A much larger amount of wire was stolen from the Burnaby Mountain portion of North Road. Both these incidences occurred in the night. If you see anybody loitering around poles – call the Port Moody Police. This is an extremely dangerous career path!!
